1. Service Cancellation
Service payments may be cancelled before work begins. Contact contact@primehubdigitalllc.com or +1 (478) 216-2628 immediately with your order number and the service purchased.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Provide the order number, full name, email address, company name if applicable, and reason for cancellation. Requests are reviewed during business hours.
3. Refund for Cancelled Services
If cancellation is approved before work begins, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Card and bank processing may take 5-10 business days.
4. Cancellations by Prime Hub Digital LLC
We may cancel an order because of missing intake details, access issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, card testing activity, legal/compliance restrictions, or a service request outside the published scope.
