Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Service Work
Because digital products, automation builds, consulting, setup work, documentation, and downloadable materials can be accessed or started quickly, all sales are final once the product is delivered or service work has begun, unless required by law or approved by Prime Hub Digital LLC.
2. Services and Consultations
You may request cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before a scheduled consultation or kickoff for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled meeting may be non-refundable.
For continuing or milestone-based projects, payments for milestones that have already been initiated, configured, drafted, delivered, or completed are non-refundable.
3. Disputed Transactions
If you believe there has been a billing error, contact contact@primehubdigitalllc.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider. Include your order number, customer name, email, service purchased, and a short description of the issue.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion if a digital deliverable is technically unusable, if a scheduled service cannot be delivered by us and cannot be reasonably rescheduled, or if the delivered scope materially differs from the purchased service description.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card and bank processing times commonly take 5-10 business days after the refund is submitted.
