1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing primehubdigitalllc.com, purchasing a service, or using Pay Now, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.
2. Description of Services
Prime Hub Digital LLC provides digital automation services, consulting, setup work, workflow documentation, CRM setup, email automation, lead generation setup, and related digital products or service packages. We may modify, pause, or discontinue services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities and Accounts
You agree to provide accurate and current information when making a purchase or requesting support, keep any account credentials confidential, avoid illegal or unauthorized use, and not reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit our services or deliverables without written permission.
4. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors such as Stripe, and Square if later enabled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase.
5. Digital Delivery and Intellectual Property
Digital deliverables may be sent by email, shared document, platform configuration, recorded handoff notes, or another agreed digital method. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Prime Hub Digital LLC retains ownership of pre-existing templates, processes, frameworks, and internal methods used to deliver services.
6. Promotion and Discount Terms
Promotions, fixed packages, and limited offers may be changed, limited, or ended at any time. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and may not combine with other offers unless stated.
7. Legal and Export Restrictions
Services are offered only where permitted by law. We do not support sanctioned destinations, restricted parties, unlawful resale, fraudulent activity, card testing, or use that violates applicable platform, payment, export, or compliance rules.
8. Payment Security and PCI Compliance
Checkout is processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout when configured. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe supports PCI-compliant payment processing, encryption, fraud monitoring, and card testing protections. Customers should not send card details through contact forms, email, chat, or service notes.
9. Card Network Compliance
Transactions must comply with applicable Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover rules, including accurate transaction information, fraud prevention, refund handling, dispute response, and cardholder data protection.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Hub Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, platform outages, third-party service changes, or customer implementation choices outside our delivered scope.
